Each Pilates session lasts for approximately 55 minutes, including a warm-up, the main exercise routine, and a cool-down period.

Yes, we offer private sessions for those who prefer a one-on-one experience, as well as those with specific goals and medical conditions. Please contact us to arrange a consultation and schedule your private session.
We offer different packages to fit your needs and budgets.
If you need to cancel a session, we kindly ask that you do so at least five (5) hours in advance. Cancellations made less than five (5) hours before your scheduled session may be forfeited.
We adhere to strict health and safety protocols, which include regular cleaning and sanitizing of our equipment and studio. We also encourage our clients to bring a towel to put on top of the reformer.
Wear your most comfortable workout clothes! Wearing grip socks is also encouraged—if you don’t have one, we have it available in the studio for sale.
All class packages are non-shareable, non-transferable, and non refundable. Can only be used by one person only and valid only at your chosen branch. Thank you!
